– Violation of laws and regulations (i.e signature forgery, corruption, violence, sexual harassment, embezzlement, mark-ups, drug use, destruction of goods)
– Violation of the Code of Ethics (i.e conflict of interest, engaging in prohibited community activities, fraud in procurement)
– Actions that endanger occupational safety and health.
